Location: Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Prairie Oak Business Center which shares a building with MidWestOne Bank. There are public restrooms and a waiting area inside the building and a waiting area inside the office. The building doors will be locked after banking hours. Your wellness practitioner will greet you at the door if your appointment is outside of the normal building hours.

Hi, my name is Lauren
I am passionate about the wellness services I provide. I have been practicing massage therapy in Minnesota since 2015 in various health and wellness spaces. I have provided massage therapy at events in retreat spaces and local businesses. I received my education from Northwestern Health Sciences University & Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness. I strive to always continue learning about massage, breath & body work, movement, and wellness. I love the outdoors, cooking (& eating of course!), animals, and serving people.
