My name is Lauren and I am passionate about the wellness services I provide. I have been practicing massage therapy in Minnesota since 2015 in various health and wellness spaces. I have provided massage therapy at events in retreat spaces and local businesses. I received my education from Northwestern Health Sciences University & Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness. I strive to always continue learning about massage, breath & body work, movement, and wellness. I love the outdoors, cooking (& eating of course!), animals, and serving people. I look forward to meeting you!

Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy (2015) from Northwestern Health Sciences University

Certified Yoga Teacher at the 200 Hour Level (2020) from Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness

Bachelors of Science in Human Biology (2021) from Northwestern Health Sciences University

Lauren is an expert in rest, rejuvenation, and recovery. She enjoys utilizing hot towels, hot stones, and essential oils to help promote deep relaxation and holistic wellness for each customized therapeutic massage session.

 

Lauren’s Personal Life

When I am not at work, I enjoy cooking and baking. I love gardening, animals, and the outdoors. I often find myself drinking coffee while studying local plants and reading scientific literature about massage therapy & bodywork, food, exercise, and longevity.

In 2023, I revamped my former business of Living Tree Wellness established in 2019 and moved from North Branch to Eden Prairie, MN:

Suite #325 in the Prarie Oak Professional Building on the 3rd floor, look for the MidwestOne Bank building. Ultimate Integrative Health is now located in Dr. Chad Koterba’s office, Ultimate Health Chiropractic . I have been providing therapeutic massage in this space since May of 2023 and just celebrated one year! I have been a certified massage therapist in Minnesota since 2015 and I am excited to have been in this profession for 10 years as a massage therapist as of August of next year, 2025.

MASSAGE THERAPIST AT THE SHAKOPEE LOCATION

Hi, I’m Irina

Irina began her massage profession in 2016 when she became a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist. She received her degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University after studying from 2014-2016. During her studies she was hired to work at Bridge Chiropractic in Shakopee, MN where she worked with a variety of patients from auto accident cases, those seeking to compliment their chiropractic adjustments with massage, to some who wanted to simply decompress and reduce stress. Recently in her career, she worked in a spa enviromment where she learned additional techniques to make a massage session more relaxing and luxurious. In 2023, Irina finished lymphatic drainage training and extensive postpartum massage education. Irina shows up to each session with the confidence of nearly 10 years of experience in the field of massage therapy.
