Holiday Packages Cash Discount Available 11/18/2025 - 12/23/2025.
Please note that package sessions will expire. Sessions need to be used with Lauren in Eden Prairie only by December 31st, 2026 or they will be forfeited.
As of January 1st, 2026 all credit card and electronic transactions will have a 3.5% fee added to the total. Snag a deal on package pricing by the end of the year AND avoid fee increases on your massages in 2026. A new price list will be released ASAP to reflect the 3.5% additional fee on electronic transactions.
Cash or check pricing will remain the same. If you intend to pay with cash at the time of your session, when holding a card for an appointment, simply hold the card and do not pre-pay for your session with your card . All appointments booked online require that you have a valid credit or debit card on file. Packages will have a code linked to them which will allow you to bypass saving a card on file since you have already pre-paid for the session.

Lauren is currently practicing in Eden Prairie, MN inside of the Ultimate Health Chiropractic clinic Tuesdays - Fridays and some Mondays & Saturdays. Massage therapy services range from 30 minutes to up to 120 minutes and are by appointment only.
Irina (Nurture Massage Therapy) offers massage therapy services by appointment only in Shakopee, MN inside of the Shakopee Family Chiropractic clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Packages are not available with her at this time as her family is growing. Irina is expecting her 3rd child in April of 2026. Her last day with Ultimate Integrative Health will be in January or early February. Follow her on instagram @nurturemt to keep in contact.
